Board Members receive complimentary access by participating in 2–3 remote Q&A sessions per year. Non-members can subscribe for full access.

  • Membership is extended to senior technology executives across software vendors, channel partners, and enterprise organizations (who are not current - or recent former - employees of public companies or otherwise subject to prohibitive confidentiality obligations).   • No. Membership in the SSAB is entirely complimentary for founding members. There are no financial commitments or dues required.

  • All Q&A sessions are conducted with strict adherence to confidentiality obligations. Members are asked to refrain from sharing any confidential corporate information about their company or others and to adhere to any contractual obligations that restrict information sharing (e.g., NDAs or CAs). Insights gathered are anonymized before being incorporated into our reports and dashboards.

  • Anonymized insights collected during member Q&A sessions contribute to the Technology Intelligence Quarterly, the Software Signals Dashboard, and the Executive Insights Library. These resources provide members and non-members with valuable insights about industry trends.

  • Yes. We encourage organic connections and collaboration that naturally arise through SSAB events and discussions. However, to maintain trust, we enforce a non-solicitation policy prohibiting proactive sales or marketing outreach to other members. Business relationships that develop organically are welcome, but SSAB may not be used for direct prospecting or unsolicited sales efforts.

  • We maintain rigorous compliance procedures to safeguard against the inclusion of material nonpublic information in our transcripts. In addition to ensuring both our analysts and the executives understand their compliance obligations, every transcript is subject to compliance review in order to identify and redact any sensitive information prior to publication. Our goal is to provide high-quality market intelligence while maintaining rigorous standards of confidentiality and compliance—giving all stakeholders confidence in our process.
